Golden Beach
Casa 305 is a comprehensive residential transformation located in the exclusive waterfront community of Golden Beach, Miami. Developed for the Pinkhasov family, the project reimagined an existing residence into a refined Italian-inspired estate that seamlessly integrates architecture, landscape design, smart-home technology, and outdoor living.
Working as architectural consultants, DAJA Studio Design LLC, through architect David Marin, provided design guidance, permitting coordination, and construction oversight throughout the renovation process. Our involvement extended from conceptual development through landscape implementation, ensuring that every component of the project reflected a unified design vision while complying with local regulatory requirements.
The renovation introduced a sophisticated Italian aesthetic characterized by elegant marble finishes, custom detailing, and a fully integrated home automation system that enhances comfort, security, and energy efficiency. Special attention was given to preserving the scale and character of the home's original Miami colonial-inspired architecture while introducing contemporary luxury and functionality.
